Homemades

Homemades

Flavour is the most important aspect of any food. It appeals, tempts and at times makes you go overboard. Flavours add value to any food. Be it sauces, condiments spreads, pastes or pickles they enhance the quality of the food no end. So that explains the purpose of this post, Homemades. To post recipes for all those flavour enhancing stuff from around the world.

If you are willing to give it time, any food available at the eateries can be made at home. I am a great advocate of homemade foods and I love working on creating a healthy version of everything at home. Most people are too busy striving hard to strike a balance between their jobs and home that they can’t even spare an instant to think about all this.

But believe me, when you make something for your family with your own hands and with love, the sight of them enjoying your preparation gives such a sense of satisfaction that has to be experienced. The next time you get an opportunity, make the most of it.

The great thing about making them yourself is that you know exactly what has gone into it, and you have total control over the ingredients. In this homemades page, I shall be dealing only with condiments, sauces, pickles, etc which in reality are the most processed of all foods.

You can find homemade versions of the restaurant stuff in my cooking and baking section.  You never thought making the following recipes at home was this easy, did you?
